A vegan girl in Australia becoming the best version of myself one day at a time.
Looking super pale in this lighting but I wanted to just show off my arms, because its arm day today! Its almost impossible to see any definition due to the aforementioned afternoon light situation but im super proud of where I am today. A year ago I was obsessed with being thin and wispy and showcasing my skeleton. Today, I am giving my body good nutrition, working hard, lifting heavy and feeling a million times better than I ever have in my life. Starting to pay close attention to my macros recently, and I have found these little babies to be an absolute GODSEND. 100% Raw Organic Foodbar: Protein. At 300kcal per serve and 21g protein its an excellent post workout snack and it keeps my caloric intake high enough (I’m currently eating around 2300kcal/day) and they are so filling! I can barely get through a bar, and they have a cookie dough like texture which I love. They’re made from organic farmed brown rice protein, agave syrup, date paste, almonds, raisins, flax and sesame seeds! A+ 10/10 would recommend to anybody having difficulty losing weight/gaining muscle and finding enough healthy food to get into your diet.
TL/DR: Feeling fabulous. EAT THESE AND YOU WILL GAIN SUPER POWERS.
